Your application for membership will be assessed against three criteria in order to ascertain your correct grading:
1. your length of service in an operating or production function*
2. the seniority or status you have achieved in your career so far
3. the breadth of experience you have had, measured against the above 15 spheres of operating and production activity
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please note that length of service in non-operating roles will not be taken into account when assessing your eligibility for grading. Only operating/production experience is relevant for this specific purpose.
